Embassy Suites Los Angeles Glendale

Our check-in was delayed due to room issues. When finally settled, we found the room spacious yet plagued by a persistent sewage smell. Moving rooms was a hassle, especially with my husband's mobility needs.

Breakfast options were good, with fresh-baked scones and made-to-order omelettes that set a positive tone for the day. The convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. We returned one day to find it unclean and the hair dryer was wrapped in duct tape. There was a significant delay in fixing the laundry machines, which impacted our stay negatively.

It was close to Universal Studios.

Room was small and awkwardly shaped. Hotel staff was rude. Parking was not accomodating to our large truck. Check out didn't provide a receipt, said the charge would come from Booked.net (which is incorrect).

The made-to-order omelettes in the morning were fantastic! Plus, the location was superb, right next to freeway access.

Unfortunately, cleanliness seemed to be an issue, with dusty surfaces and thoroughly outdated room features detracting from the overall experience.

Great breakfast buffet! Very comfortable rooms and beds, very clean. Beautiful lobby.

Swimming pool required some attention (water quality was a bit off).

Food service was very accommodating with a tasty menu.

We didn't like the "ambient hum" in our first room. It was loud and distracting to say the least. Our room was changed promptly.

I enjoyed the spacious two-room suite. The complimentary breakfast had many delicious options. The lobby featured a relaxing koi pond. The location is ideal, close to attractions like the LA Zoo. Staff members were polite and attentive 😊

Every visit to Glendale we like to stay here. The breakfast is extensive with a great selection of things to eat and drink.

Staff was friendly, beds were comfy, showers were actually decent, the location from the different freeways was convinient.

Saturday morning the fire alarm went off and after about three different announcements we were told via the intercom to vacate our rooms while utilizing the stairs. Only after rushing to get dressed did another announcement come on to say "nevermind" it was a false alarm... Thank goodness and I'm glad everyone was ok but holy cow it was not a good way to wake up.

Comfortable Stay with Good Amenities

I enjoyed the warm ambiance of the lobby paired with the koi pond. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, catering to all tastes. Don't miss the happy hour with complimentary snacks and drinks.

The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were perfect. Just a heads up, the pool area could use a little cleanup, but overall, it was a great stay 😊

Great hotel! We stayed in LA at either end of our holiday and this was by far the better hotel and best location! A perfect place to stay whilst visiting! Gorgeous little town in walking distance with mall and restaurants! Great breakfast and lovely to have complimentary drink and snack each day too!

Clean and unique hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff and healthy food. Great and incredibly comfortable location, really close to a zoo and restaurants. Connected to highway really close to the property. The rooms - wonderful, spotless with mountain view, a pull out sofa and the wheelchair to get by.
